This was the third year my husband and I used Benvenuto Services. Giovanni's tours were the highlight of our trip. We docked in Ravenna and we took a tour to San Marino and in Livorno we went to Volterra and San Gimignano. Giovanni is consistent. His drivers are gentlemen, well dressed and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking the time to reach-out and follow-up with me regarding my trip. First, let me say that I could not possibly imagine having a negative comment regarding Benvenuto. From the moment we arrived to our last transfer, everything was perfect.
This was not my first time in Italy, as I have plenty of family still there, however this is the first time I have gone and felt like a celebrity! While planning my trip, I knew (from past experience) that I did not want to take the train from Roma to Naples (and then take a taxi). After doing some research, I came across your website and when I saw Rick Steves was a fan, I knew I would have to book you guys myself -- the beautiful pictures helped as well :) The booking process was very simple and Giovanni was extremely efficient and helpful in answering my questions. I knew I was going to be in good hands.
My cousin and I arrived at Roma Fiumicino. After claiming our luggage, we went out to look for our driver. Tony was waiting for us in the front of the line, holding a sign with my name on it. He immediately took our bags and escorted us to a beautiful and immaculately clean BMW 7 Series. The 4+ hour ride from Roma to Positano was wonderful. Tony was so pleasant and interesting. I was also very impressed with his level of professionalism. My cousin and I are two young women who were traveling alone and never once was Tony, or anyone else, inappropriate with us.
After 3 days in Positano, we were headed to Salerno to see my family. Our original plans were to arrange for a taxi to take us to the train station on our departure morning from Positano. However, after the great experience we had two days before, we decided to see if Benvenuto could accommodate us again, this time on short-notice. We called the office and spoke to Giusy who told us Giovanni would call us later that night. Giovanni did in fact call and told us that someone would pick us up the following morning at 7.30. Just like he said, Alfonso was waiting for us, right on time. After a beautiful ride along the Amalfi coast, we arrived at the not-so-beautiful train station, with plenty of time before our train.
The entire Benvenuto experience was fantastic. Everyone was professional, polite and very sweet. I have already referred your company to family and friends and will absolutely use you guys again on my next trip (probably next summer)! Thank you for a great experience.

We were very satisfied with our tour with Francesca and Roberto. Francesca was very informative during our tours in Lucca and Pisa and was excellent as an interpreter during our visit with our family in Peschia. We wouldn’t have had as nice a time with them if she wouldn’t have been with us. He told us about the history of the region and we loved every minute of our drive. We also had a wonderful driver who drove us from Livorno to Florence then Pisa and back. My family and I chose Benvenuto Limos somewhat randomly when booking our most recent and first trip to Italy. We were very happy with our decision from our first contact with Giovanni (he actually called us in Canada), to numerous correspondence via email, to our punctual pick up in Naples for our tour of Sorrento-Positano-Pompeii.
Our guide/driver (Fulvio) was pleasant and very informative throughout the trip. He more than obliged us by taking photos whenever we asked and made a great recommendation for lunch....one that will be in our memory and on our taste buds forever.....La Tagliata Trattoria(fantastic food, service and view!!)
We would have no problems recommending this well run company to anyone interested in efficient, personalized and informative tours. We are not sure when we will get back to Italy, however, when we do decide, we will certainly be relying on Benvenuto Limos as an integral part of our stay.

Dear Giovanni: Hi from the United States. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time I had in Italy! And as far as my trip to San Donato Val di Comino, it was the best!!! THANK YOU so much for sending Umberto that day. He was the most courteous and professional person I have met in a long time. He was there at 9:00 am on the dot and was extremely interested in the story of my family. He walked all over the town with me, spoke to as many people as we could find, including a police officer, and did everything he could to help me all day long. He even walked through the cemetery with me trying to locate family names. He was a very informative man and was always pointing things out to me and explaining how or why things were done. He was absolutely the BEST!! This trip to the roots of my family could not have been done without you and your company. I thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart. I felt safe at all times and was treated with nothing but respect from Umberto. We had a great time together. Please extend my thanks to him again and I will always remember his kindness. He also made me laugh quite a bit that day. My only regret was that I forgot to take a picture of him when he dropped me off. He was a very important part of my trip. By the way, I had a blast in Italy and hopefully someday will be able to come back. I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know coming there.
